A Little About Lion's Paw

With a longstanding tradition of service and excellence to the Penn State community, members of Lion's Paw Senior Society seek to promote the welfare and perpetuate the traditions of the University.
Membership in Lion's Paw is the highest honor accorded an undergraduate student at The Pennsylvania State University. Every year, no more than 15 students are selected by the unanimous vote of the previous year's class. The Active Class meets every week in Old Main and in so doing forms bonds of friendship, built around a tradition of service to the University, that often last a lifetime.
Upon graduation, members are welcomed into the Lion's Paw Alumni Association. Lion's Paw alumni have often distinguished themselves after graduation. Our brothers and sisters have held office in the United States Senate, served in the President's Cabinet, led major corporations, served on the Penn State Board of Trustees, and even won a couple of Grammy Awards. In addition to all these achievements, Lion's Paw alumni continue to dedicate themselves to their alma mater, long after graduation.
